Diamonds on Deck: Microhousing Development

Programs Used:

Rhino, Revit, Adobe Sweep, Laser Cut, CINC Machine, 3D Printing

A micro-housing complex demonstrates the skill of understanding how to create a floor plan with no wasted space. A simple approach of rectangle units stacked on top of one another was the most common approach. Still, Diamonds on Deck utilizes vertical spacing to create a more dynamic floor plan for the user to have a private zone within each room. The diamonds on the outer facade create a unique visual for the Denver skyline.
